FAQ

When will I receive my order?

We will inform you of the shipping date in the email sent when your order is completed.
If a shipping date is indicated on the product page, the item will be shipped according to that indicated date.
In addition, the shipping time may vary depending on the product, in which case the item will be shipped according to the latest shipping time among the ordered items.
Due to shipping procedures, the order of shipping may vary depending on the ordered product.

I chose convenience store payment (GMO Epsilon), but I did not receive an email.

You can check the information required for convenience store payment from the order history on My Page.
Please check the details and make the payment within the payment deadline.

If you are still unsure, please contact our support desk.

I want to cancel my order or change the details of my order.

After completing the order procedure, press the “Pay now” button to confirm the order.
※If you choose convenience store payment, the contract will be concluded after selecting the convenience store brand
Please note that once your order is completed, we are unable to cancel, add or change items to your order.

I want to change my address.

If you wish to change the delivery address after completing your order, please contact us and we will change the delivery address before we begin preparations for shipment.
Please contact us with the correct delivery address.
Please note that even if the delivery status is "Unshipped", you may not be able to change the delivery address.
In addition, if you wish to change the delivery address after shipping has been completed, please contact the delivery company to see if it is possible to change the delivery address.

Can I ship ordered items separately?
