Registration as a new member

JYP JAPAN ONLINE STORE requires membership registration (free) when shopping. Please be sure to read the "TERMS/CONDITIONS” and "PRIVACY POLICY" when registering. If you register, you agree to these terms.

  1. Please tap (click) the "human icon" at the top right of the top page.
  2. Click the Sign Up button, enter the required information, and complete the registration procedure.

    *After registering as a member, you will need your email address and password to log in. Please keep it in a safe place.

My Page is a service that can be used by registered members.
You can check your registration information, order history, etc.
After logging in, please use "My Page" in the menu.

Orders

Product order procedures

The shopping process is as follows.

1Search for the product you want.
Search for the product you want from the ARTIST list, category menu, or keyword search.
2Select the product you want (add to cart)
When you find the item you want, tap (click) "Add to Cart"
When the item is added to the cart, the quantity of the item in the cart at the top right of the screen will change.
3Go to CART screen
Once you have selected the product you want, tap (click) the cart icon at the top right of the screen. Please check on the cart screen to make sure the items you have selected are correctly added to your cart. If there are no changes, simply tap (click) the "Order procedure” button to complete the order process.
If you have not yet registered as a member, please register as a new member .
4Buy products (process your order)

Please enter the necessary information for ordering, such as shipping address and payment method.
After confirming your order details, tap (click) “Pay now” to confirm your order. We cannot accept changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed, so please be careful when tapping (clicking) the button.

*Convenience store payment is a prepayment method, so your order will be completed once the payment is received. Please note that the order procedure is not complete when you confirm your order on the site.

*Please do not move the screen manually during the ordering process, such as closing the browser or returning to the previous screen. Please note that if you use a credit card, the payment will not be successful and your order will be automatically cancelled.

*Please do not tap (click) the “Pay now” button repeatedly as this may result in duplicate orders.

5Arrival of order completion email
Please note that an "Confirmation of your order details” email will be sent to the email address you registered, containing the order details, payment amount, etc. You can also check your order details from "Order History" on My Page.

CART

When you add an item to your cart, it is not guaranteed to be in stock. Therefore, items may be out of stock during the order process.
Your order will only be officially accepted when you tap (click) the “Pay now” button on the final confirmation page of the order procedure.

*Convenience store payment is a prepayment method, so your order will be completed once the payment is received. Please note that the order procedure is not complete when you confirm your order on the site.

Changing (canceling) an order

After completing the order procedure, if you press the “Pay now” button, a sales contract will be concluded between the Service and the customer. Once your order has been completed, we are unable to cancel, add or change items, or combine your order with another order. Please be careful when tapping (clicking) buttons. Please note that we do not accept reservations on this site.

Order limit

Depending on the product, there may be a limit on the number of items ordered.

Payments

Payment methods

Payment methods for purchasing products are as follows.

  • Credit card payment (JCB, MasterCard, VISA, American Express)
  • For security reasons, we do not send credit card receipts. Please check the usage statement sent by your credit card company.
  • The closing date and withdrawal date vary depending on the credit card company.
  • ■About registering your credit card number
  • Once you have registered your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, you can easily make payments by simply entering the 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone number via SMS.
  • By registering your credit card information and address, you can make a payment without having to re-enter your payment information the next time you make a purchase.
  • From the second time onwards, simply enter the 6-digit code sent via SMS to your mobile phone number to complete your payment.
  • *When using Shop Pay, the information registered in Shop Pay will be automatically set as the orderer information and delivery address.

  • Convenience store payment (7-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Seicomart, Daily Yamazaki)
  • Convenience store payments are prepaid. (Up to 300,000 yen per payment)
  • Please pay within the deposit period. (The deposit period is “application date” + “within 3 days”.)
  • After completing your order, you will receive an email from GMO Epsilon (sendonly@epsilon.jp) containing the "payment number" necessary for payment.

If you do not receive an email from GMO Epsilon (sendonly@epsilon.jp), you can check your payment information from "Order History" on My Page.
Please note that orders made through convenience store payment after the payment deadline will be automatically canceled, so please place a new order in that case.

Changing payment method

Due to system issues, we are unable to change payment methods.

Delivery fees

Shipping charges are as follows.

A flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) per delivery nationwide

Deliveries

Delivery days

Items will normally be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed.
If a shipping date is indicated on the product page, the item will be shipped according to that indicated date.
Due to shipping procedures, the order of shipping may vary depending on the ordered product.
When the product is shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding individual delivery times.

    Delivery time

    Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the product.
    Your order will be shipped in one batch after all items are received, so if you order items with different estimated shipping times, we will ship them according to the latest estimated shipping time among the ordered items.

    Delivery companies

    The product will be delivered by "Sagawa Express".
    The tracking number of your package will be included in the "Notification of shipment of your order" email sent after shipping is complete.
    You can also check your order history on My Page.
    If you are not present, an absentee note will be mailed to you, so please follow the instructions provided to receive the item.

    Delivery address

    Products will be delivered only within Japan.
    Also, each order can only be shipped to one location.

    Changing the delivery address

    If you wish to change the delivery address after completing your order, please contact us before we begin shipping preparations, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
    Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the product is ready for shipment.

    Period for receiving the product

    After your order is shipped, the product will be automatically returned to us in the following cases:

    • If the storage period (7 days) at the delivery company has passed from the date of shipment from our company, and you are unable to contact the contact person indicated on the absence slip.
    • If the address is unknown

    Specifying delivery date and time

    We are very sorry, we cannot specify the delivery date and time when placing an order.
    If you wish to change the delivery date and time after shipping, please check the tracking number from the "Ordered Product Shipping Notification" email or "Order History" and follow the procedure specified by the delivery company.

    Returns and exchanges

    Cancellations and returns

    • We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience.
    • If due to customer circumstances we are unable to deliver the product within the storage period set by the shipping company from the scheduled delivery date, and the shipping company returns the item to us,please contact us through CONTACT US to ensure that we receive the item. Please note that we may request changes to your desired delivery date/time or desired delivery period (if a reasonable number of days required for us to ship the product have not been secured from your contact, etc. ) before receiving the product.
    • In addition, if the delivery address changes due to moving etc., please also inform us of the address in Japan where you can definitely receive the package.
    • Please note that in the case of redelivery, the delivery fee will be paid on delivery.
    • The Company shall, within two months after the Product is returned to the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Storage Period"), including the case where no contact is received regarding redelivery, if the Product is returned to the Company due to reasons attributable to the Customer. If delivery is not possible, we may charge the customer for the costs incurred in storing the product during the storage period for the product that has already been purchased.
    • In this case, we may dispose of the product at our discretion, including if we have obtained separate consent from the customer. Additionally, for customers who are unable to deliver the product due to reasons attributable to the customer during the storage period, including customers who have not expressed any intention, their membership may be suspended.

    Exchange

    • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will exchange it for a non-defective item.
    • In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using CONTACT US within 7 days after receiving the product.
    • If the item is a limited edition item and cannot be replaced with a non-defective item, we may issue a return or refund. (If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made through the credit card company.)
    • Please note that size/color exchanges are treated as "customer's convenience" and are not considered defective. Thank you for your understanding before placing your order.
    • In the event that a product is defective, returns or exchanges will only be accepted by those who can receive the product within Japan. If you receive the item overseas using a forwarding service, etc., we will not be able to accept returns or ship replacement items.
