Payment Period

  • If you pay by credit card, the payment will be completed with the online purchase.
  • If you pay at a convenience store, please pay before the end of the payment period (the payment period is “date of purchase” + “3 days or less”).

Delivery Times

If a shipping date is indicated on the product page, the item will be shipped according to that indicated date.

In addition, the shipping time may vary depending on the product, in which case the item will be shipped according to the latest shipping time among the ordered items.

Due to shipping procedures, the shipping order may be changed depending on the ordered product.

When the product is shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to your registered email address.

We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding individual delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept requests for return or exchange of items at the request of the customer.
  • If the item cannot be delivered within the holding period specified by the delivery company from the scheduled delivery date due a reason attributable to the customer, and the item is returned to us by the delivery company, please contact us using theCONTACT USand provide the date and time when you can definitely receive the item, or your preferred period of time (please note that we may ask you to change the date and time if there are insufficient days to deliver the item after you contact us). Please make sure you definitely receive the item.
  • If your shipping address has changed due to a move or other reason, please also inform us of your address in Japan so that you can safely receive your order.
  • Please note that the delivery fee will be charged on delivery in case of re-delivery.
  • If the item cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer within 2 months after the return of the item to us (“storage period”), the Company is entitled to charge the customer a storage fee for such items for the storage period. This also applies if the customer does not contact the Company to arrange a new delivery.
  • In such cases, the Company may dispose of the products in question at its own discretion, including if the Company has obtained separate consent from the customer. In addition, membership may be suspended for customers whose products cannot be delivered during the storage period for reasons attributable to the customer, including customers who have not expressed any intention.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or sent to the wrong place, we will replace it with a good product. In this case, please contact us using the CONTACT USwithin 7 days after receiving the product.
  • If it is a limited edition product that cannot be exchanged for a good one, it can be returned for a refund. (In the case of credit card payments, the refund will be made via the credit card company.)
  • A size or color exchange is treated as “a customer reason” and is not considered a defect. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
  • Please note that CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs may have minor scratches or stains due to the nature of imported products. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
