Delivery time

Cancellations & exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind).
Defects / wrong items
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receipt.
- If replacement is not possible (e.g., limited edition sold out), a refund will be issued.
- Requests for size or color changes are considered customer preference and not defects.
Refusal of receipt / long-term absence / incorrect address
If delivery cannot be completed due to refusal, long-term absence, or incorrect address
and the item is returned to us, it will be stored for 2 months from the shipping date.
Re-delivery shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If delivery is impossible for reasons attributable to the customer,
we may charge storage fees and, if necessary, dispose of the item at our discretion.
Membership may also be suspended in such cases.
